J&M was notified of the his delays many times, and what are all these??? from beginning the siding and Arches???? and it was his acceptance that subtitle of my heavily crown molding that I have previously he agreed that he will cut the sheet rocks in cutting as arch to the way that works with measurement since we did not chang any thig, and, or for windows to avoid the crown molding which he did not even complete his windows and all the order was standard nothing extra ordinary , and he asked me for the exterior siding the house for wood or hardy plank half way since he kept house previous siding the old break side and from beginning I told him I want stucco which is fire proof because of incident of fire and to satisfy my insurance situation of the house as well, he told me it does not make a difference for the price which also he mentioned in the contract stucco and the main part of the house also is untouched with old breaks already and it did not cost him any penny and later on Mr. [redacted] wanted to apply only hardy which I told him for the front of the house top side please add some stone along with stucco that merge with all old siding for the shape that I have kept from old structure and he accepted it and he even sent me catalog and told me chose the color and I told him the one that I liked and also I told him whatever is cheaper for him, I even took him to second hand restore shop habitat for second hand stone and cabinet I showed him different option because I did not wanted to be any harm for Mr. [redacted] and I even told him whatever the difference is I will pay you for that reason and he accepted but he never came back to my house at all. All promises were false I still thinking why? and he left me all these months without no attention and the request for extra money also was my offer because I never wanted any harm or any duress for him unfortunately he never attempt to come back , even to meet me again and he never wanted to even answer my calls only if I caught him in another phone was telling me OK tomorrow or Monday or 72 hours or.... but never he initiated any interest for coming back in reality, otherwise I wanted him to finish my house and I had nothing against him beside his avidness, I always liked Mr. [redacted] and with whatever was done I always complimanetd him because I always thought he is the angel that coming to give life back to River gate Dr., which up to now is a question for me Why , I am very flexible with him , why Mr, [redacted] why???? the day that he got the last check with me with his agreement and his approval before I hand him the check I have chosen everything, I even told him Mr. [redacted] please tell me if we are over budget ( in May 2017) and he said don't worry I will order it from our housewares and I can get them all and the day that he got the check I called him that afternoon and he said he is at the place and he is ordering and paying for the siding he told me that night he is paying for the siding and he is ordering all the skews number that he write it down, and after almost a month he was disappeared and until he was forced to call for his employee situationl and it was after that day only one time he told me he is short for order $1500 after his month and half disapperent that I did not know he left the town and his worker called me and told me that the man is with his attorney and they want to complain of Mr [redacted] and place a lien for my property and I asked him why? And the man said Mr. [redacted] right after getting the check take his wife to island and he finished the money and now he is applying for the loan and he is not approve and he is not paid us and he is not going to finish your house and he told me Mrs [redacted] go head and hire an attorney he is not going to come back and this matter was in jun 2017 and and he added that somebody has to pay his job, I told him that I have no news from Mr. [redacted] but please let me sent him urgent message which I did and by that time Mr. [redacted] called me back and he said he is very sorry and he will take care of them tomorrow, and next morning he called me and he said he is on his way to pay the worker and he promised it will not happen again. and I even told him that day do you want I buy the siding with my credit card and he said no. up to now he did not pay for any siding, he did not pay for any floor, windows are not even complete , he did not created any arches beside the windows withouth no changing in floor plan or measurement, I even had surprised for him because I bought a ready made arch that I wanted to just nail it to the wall , because I did not wanted to make him worry . the wall window from the same people always buy, my slab is the same slab , no underground or slab plumbing , the building only happened one side of the building the rest mostly resurface, no doors , no garage doors, no service for my kitchen no cabinet , no facets no bathroom, I even bought all my lights , The I requested 4 ton because I knew of the capacity of the heat in that building since is toward sun and there is too much heat and he notify me that he put 3 ton, no attic access , he eliminate one closet in one side of my bathroom and added to the back room because of Ac wiring of his crew , the front of garage is broken , no garage door, just polly wood is the only solution after all these money that has been paid. Thanks for your fairness Mr. [redacted]. I am really speechless. I do not even want to think about it anymore I will go forward. And I will follow it legaly because if this is the way he wants ????
