Mr [redacted] allowed us to install fascia without a bend in the middleOnce complete he decided this was not favorableAnother issue was Mr [redacted] asked me for a quote based on a certain amount of squares which he providedThe job ended up being larger than the squares providedI asked Mr [redacted] at that time if it was ok to speak to his adjuster so I could supplement the differenceMr [redacted] said that’s fine and would get me the adjusters name and in the meantime he would decide what he wanted us to do in regards to the fasciaAfter quite a long time I reached out to Mr [redacted] and he was very uncooperative and refused to acknowledge our agreement At this point we have replaced the gutterWe are scheduling a fascia installer to redo the fasciaWe did an incredible job on his roofIt’s unfortunate this customer relationship went sidewaysWe will finish this out at the original quoted price to settle this in a peaceful manner

This project is 95% complete and the other items are to be completedThere has been no payments torwards the items not completedThere has been many phone conversations with customer and in personWe will do our best to accommodate this customers multiple phone calls the best we can until the
remaining 5% is complete
