This company has the worst customer service I have ever come acrossI ordered a supplement in a certain flavor but received a different flavorWhen I notified them of the mistake they informed me that they no longer carry that brand so they just gave me whatever they had left in stockI was never notified by them before I received my order that they did not and would not again have what I orderedThey did not offer to fix the problem or even adequately attempt to reimburse me for the mistakeThey said they would email me a 15% off coupon for my next order (which is measly in comparison to the wrong product I received) however they never didI would not recommend this company to anyoneKnowingly changing a customer's order because you are out of stock of the product they ordered and then refusing to fix the problem is not a reputable business practice

When I notified them of the mistake they informed me that they no longer carry that brand so they just gave me whatever they had left in stock. I was never notified by them before I received my order that they did not and would not again have what I ordered. They did not offer to fix the problem or even adequately attempt to reimburse me for the mistake. They said they would email me a 15% off coupon for my next order (which is measly in comparison to the wrong product I received) however they never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Knowingly changing a customer's order because you are out of stock of the product they ordered and then refusing to fix the problem is not a reputable business practice.
