Customer had vehicle towed in stating the vehicle died on road on 03/29/At that time customer received a loaner on a suspended license, which was not known to us at the timeWe did a safety recall on the vehicle and provided an estimate for its repairThe estimate was for over 50kWe emailed
the estimate to the customer on 03/30/along with a follow up emailWe called and emailed on 04/03/and 04/04/with no response from the customerOn 04/04/we reported the vehicle stolen, as we had no response from himOn the morning of 04/06/we received an email stating the customer had a new phone and would be contacting us by noon and requested we send over the estimate againWe sent over the estimate and again no response from the customer after that. On Monday we received a phone call from the *** Township Police stating our vehicle had been recovered and was impounded in Easton PAWe sent a tow truck over to the holding lot to get the loaner car and pay $storage feeThe recovery tow from Easton back to Flemington was another $When we received the vehicle back we inspected it and it had been smoked in and liquids had been spilled in it causing us to have to clean the vehicle, another $The personal belongings of the customer were moved from the loaner to his personal vehicleWe did not hear from the customer until we called on 04/13/to find out what the customers intentions were with his vehicleAt that time we were told the customer would be down at noon timeCustomer arrived at the dealership at 4pm. We had been instructed by *** Township Police that if the customer showed up at the dealership, they wanted to talk with himPolice arrived and talked with the customer approx30-minutes before arresting himCustomer came to the dealership on 04/21/to collect his belongings but did not pay his billHis bill stands at $at this timeWe would like for the customer to get their vehicle back

After several atemps to get Ms [redacted] to come and bring the required infor before the banks turned her loan down. Myself, [redacted] our fin mgr, my sales mgr [redacted], and along with the sales person [redacted] couldn't get in touch or get a phone call back. We had no other choice, but to hire...

a repo man to get our car that Ms. [redacted] had been in for a month. Knowing all the time what she need to bring and assit us iin getting her loan down with the bank. After learning that the Bank that we got her loan done with would no longer buy the loan. She than and only than started to reach out to us and stated she would return the car the following day. This is all after she stated that she could obtain fin with her bank. Than knowing  that we sent a repo guy after our car that he retrieved with no personal belongings in said car.  Ms [redacted] ask for her down payment money back and didn't feel as if she would need to pay for the repo fee. After we stated to her either bring us the car or we would take from her down payment for fees etc. After talking with a good customer of ours that does business and sends us a tone business. We refunded her all her down payment money in full... We didn't charge her for miles nor a repo fee that she forced us to get.Thanks [redacted]
