In response to this complaint, let me share with you exactly what really happenedOn 5/17/Mr*** *** and his mother came to the dealership seeking to purchase my Monte CarloMr *** brought his documents that were needed such as proof of residency, proof of income, etcOf
course he was with his older mother that seemed very legitimateI did all the pertinent paperwork for the bank, retail installment contract etcand delivered the vehicle to the customerIn this business, if a deal seems legitimate and all the paper work is presented I will let the customer take possession of the vehicleI sent all the paperwork to the bank and upon verification from the bank they discovered that Mr *** supplied phony pay checks and immediately through out the dealI called repeatedly and was unsuccessful until his plates where nearing expiration and then he was responsive to my callsI loured him back to the dealership by telling him I was going to fix the promised repair on the seat belt and he reluctantly showed upAt that point I took the keys and held the car until he could come up with a co signerHe begged me to let him take the car if he was able to find a co signer because I was going to put him through a different bank if he provided legitimate pay stubs but was going to need a co signerHe proceeded to make several phone calls in my office and finally was able to get his girl friend, or whatever she is to him, to co sign for himI still demanded her to fill out a credit app and fax over the paper work that the bank would need before I would let him leaveAlso, might I add, when he showed up on this day, we discovered that he had damaged the bumper and front quarter panelThis vehicle was in perfect condition with only 88k miles when he took possession of itIn this state I can only issue one plate per customer per car, so I told him he would have to park it until the new bank funded the deal, forwarded me the money to pay the car off on auction floor plan and then I would title it for himHe was not happy about this but I reminded him repeatedly, this would not have happened if he had not produced phony pay stubs from the beginningAs a matter of fact, I also reminded him that what he did was highly illegal and the fact that the bank nor I did not press charges on these fake pay stubs, was all the reason for him to be patientThe fact that after somebody had the nerve to give me fake pay stubs and I was still willing to work with him, is amazingIf you have any further questions, feel free to contact me via emailI hope this was enough information to reveal what really happened Jennifer U*** Extreme Auto Sales E Main St Plainfield, IN 317-838-www.extremeautosales.biz
