Installed floor that has 5 year warranty and now floor is bowing and separating and they will not repair, replace or refund money
I hired this company to install flooring thru the whole 2nd story of my house and after 4 months of work which was suppose to be a 2 week job they finally finished, that was in June 2018. It is now July 2019 and my flooring has been separating leaving tremendous gaps and some places squeeze so tight together that the floor is bowing up. There is a 5 year warranty on parts and labor so I contacted MND on March 2019 they came out and told us it was a manufacture default and everything would be replaced. We were scheduled to put the new floors down in on May. Nobody showed or called. After several attempts of getting answers on the phone and no answer I drove to the office on june 21 and the Office manager had a letter stating the will not replace or repair anything to the floor and it was our subflooring that was the issue and not to bother them again. The subfloor had no problems when installing and still has no problems it is just the flooring that was placed. After talking about it and they understood I was not going to let it go they stated and signed a letter that they would have someone come out, this was in June. They called on 7/9/2019 and said they would have someone else call us about the floor.Today is July 22 and still no word from MND and I do not get answer when I call. Please find pictures to show the condition of the subfloor before flooring was put down as well as samples of what the flooring is doing. Please reply with any questions.

Desired Outcome

I at first would of been happy with repairs or replacing f the floor but now i would just like a refund so i never have to deal with this company again and i want others to be warned not to do business with them.

The project manager contacted the manufacturer of the flooring on behalf of the customers (the manufacturer holds the warranty on the material) who indicated that the reported issues were not a manufacturer's defect. The project manager indicated that concerns of a site issue had been shared with the customer at the time of installation. In May of 2018, in order to close out the job to the customers' satisfaction, a discount was applied to the flooring installation portion of the contract (there were other items included on the contract outside of the flooring installation). The project manager has made multiple attempts to come to a mutual agreement with the customers to repair the flooring, but such attempts have been unsuccessful.

This is a lie. We have no issues with the subfloor and the subfloor is still in the same good shape. I have documentation that shows no discount giving on floor price and no attempt to repair floor has been made. I will welcome anyone to look at my subfloor and the documentation I have including pictures to show this company is right out lying and does not stand behind there work.

Im a retired military officer of 26 years in the Army I just recently retired. I hired MND the end of January 2019 and they scheduled the final walk through March 27 it is now June 10, and I did two walk through, they have walked away from the job. They call me every other week to schedule a walk through and went I get to my properties nothing is done. I'm now a Director of a University I live in Savannah Georgia, I would definitely not recommend them. Please military, veterans, and retirees and civilians do not waste your money. I talked to some of their workers and they stated they always complete some of the work and go accept another job and start on the next job to get money and walk away from the previous job. 26 years in the Army and this is the worse situation I've ever been in. This company is garbage. I will contact the provost to get this company on the ban list.

MND did a wonderful job on my roof. The crew made sure all the debris was cleaned up before they left my home. The General Manager, David A, stayed in touch with me during the entire process and worked with my insurance company to ensure the work required was covered under my policy. They did such a great job, I called them again when I had a tree fall and damage my screened porch. They did an amazing job and will now be replacing my windows! This is a fantastic company and I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

Thank you

This company has literally been harassing me for over a year. Jay, the phone guy that calls me multiple times per week keeps telling me he will take me off of their list. I've literally switched numbers once because the calls got so bad, and I've had my cell carrier block them. Now I'm getting calls from the number listed above rather than the original number. Still Jay. Still MND asking me to give them business.

Desired Outcome

No further contact by the busi STOP CALLING ME! If I wanted a new roof, I'd call another company.

As this was not brought to our attention by the marketer, we were not aware of this situation with the mentioned party. The marketer has been counseled and the customer's information has been removed from all calling lists that we have access to at the current time. This is not a practice we condone from our marketers.

Action taken: Customer's name and information has been removed from all available calling lists. Marketer has been informed of this situation and agrees to not contact the party any longer.

The item in question is a charge in the amount of $1500 from MND Construction located in Fayetteville, NC. I hired MND construction to do several home improvements task to my home. The work to my home was to be done in stages with the first stage being to power wash the house. Due to weather constraint the work did not begin until approximately two weeks after I paid the $1500. After the power washing of the house was complete, I immediately noticed how poorly the work was done. However, the guy left without notice before I could inspect the house. The following day the painters arrived to paint the house even though the house had not been properly washed, or properly prep for painting. At this point I asked to speak to management. I called the company several times however, I could not get any resolution. Every phone call ended with the representative stating we will have the company's owner to call you back.

Desired Outcome

Refund I am requesting to have my $1500 payment returned to my account as soon as possible.

Mr. cancelled his contract and funds where refunded. The customer still owes a balance of 400 for Presure washing the exterior of his home. We have a outstanding balance.
