JM Gates & Iron Work

Review: Contractor was paid a down payment of $1,000.00 on 08/**/2013, to start work on a fence and awning. On 08/**/2013, he called and requested another down payment of $500.00. On 08/**/2013 he collected this second down payment but never showed up to start the job. The following week I called him to find out why he took two down payments and he said he is in the hospital. After several phone calls, he promised to start the job on 09/**/2013, but never showed up. To date I am still waiting for him to start work on my premises.

Review: I already filed a complaint with Revdex.com of New York City, however I was able to trace [redacted] all the way in [redacted]. I wanted to file a complaint with the Revdex.com of Florida but was not able to do so over the internet. In Tampa it must be known what this person is doing. I discovered he moves from place to place. A picture of [redacted] is on Youtube at this web page: [redacted] He also uses different Aliases like :[redacted].

As I said in my initial complaint that [redacted] is being sougth by many people who have fallen victims to his shaky dealings. It also appears he has a record with the [redacted]. I have sent in my initial complaint in writing on your complaint form.Desired Settlement: I hope I will be able to receive my money back and in cash because I gave him cash money. I also wish and hope you can be put out of business since he is a shady character.

I am in receipt of your E-mail correspondence in which you mention that a correspondence was sent to JM Gates and Iron work at [redacted]. However I did mention that this business is no longer at this address for close to a year. When I contacted your organization I was advised that there are two complaints and that the business never answered back.

I have gathered information that [redacted] has a record in Tampa Florida. I have since sent a letter to the [redacted]. The Telephone number is ###-###-####. [redacted] also uses the following Aliases: [redacted]. His cellular number ###-###-#### is assigned to the carrier company: [redacted] with Headquarters in the state of Texas.

[redacted] was also traced by me to be on Youtube on the internet at : [redacted]

and in the picture he is seen drinking from a bottle while he is wearing earphones likely listening to music.

I am providing this addtional information which I did not have before and as I indicated am still waiting proof from the authorities in Tampa Florida to asertain that this man has a record in Tampa Florida.

Please take notice that the attached information that business JM Gates and Iron work contacted you is INCORRECT. I, [redacted] sent you the information and also provided you with a link on the Web page of [redacted] which contains a picture of [redacted]. Please rectify this error immediately. Could it be I err in judgement and fill out the section for the business JM Gates & Iron Work?

Please advise as soon as possible. Also [redacted] uses different Aliases such as [redacted].

[redacted] is also on Facebook by himself and with what could be friends and relatives.
