do not have access to her old account information for we did not lease her the old car, we use the information the customer provides. She called in in the end of March informing Gary that she actually 2 months remaining(not 1) and her lease was over in March(not February), which means she had one month remaining on her account that was due. Even though we did return her old lease to Hyundai, they don't provide her private bank account information to us either. The deal was negotiated in good faith based on the information that was provided, unfortunately the customer did not have the correct information. Gary did everything he said he would wit h the new car lease as well as with paying a payment on the old car.
