Revdex.com:To the extent a few things need clarification: 1) we would have certainly hoped/expected that if the additional interior stonework agreed upon by both parties would have disabled us from the ability to open the bottom door or doors on the grill, that JM Masonry would've advised of same, rather than simply stoning the grill door in in a closed position; 2) unless there was acknowledgement of a problem, we suspect that JM Masonry would not have been required to return post-completion & chisel away stone & "force it a bit" (damaging stonework & grill door) unless there was an obvious problem, no fault of our own & 3) as to the indication that some portion of the additional stone that was purchased was not paid for--every receipt we received was paid for in cash & we were provided a signed receipt by their son indicating it was paid in full If an independent decision was made by JM Masonry to not provide us a receipt for payment or not bill us for some portion of the stone, that is unbeknownst to us This is our third job with them We've never had trouble in this regard before & have always respected their time & talents. With that said, we have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution ($to replace damaged Weber grill door, plus $reimbursement) is satisfactory to us
