I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
A restocking fee was charged for returning a DEFECTIVE item. A usable item was not returned and restocked on the shelf for resale; an unusable, defective item was returned and yet the restocking fee was charged. The business did not provide a quality product to begin with, they did not accept a return in full and now they are saying that despite the item being sent to the address provided on the return.....it is a problem with their location (too many suites in the building to keep track of who signed for the product??)
Customer returned the product per their instructions, was told a 15% restocking would be charged for a defective item, and based on their lack of business ethics, why would I want to order another product from them? And since the product is now missing.....how will anyone ever know the true issue with the product in the first place. What an easy way to make money!

I ordered a marcum camera from this business on 12-**-16. Order said would receive 12-**-16 to 1-*-17. Received notice 12-**-16 that it shipped 12-**-16 however it shipped today per tracking number. The item will not arrive till 1-**-17. It was shipped [redacted]. Was not contacted on the added 10 days in shipping. At this time I would not recommend this seller. Should of checked the reviews first. This was ordered by my daughter. My bad.

3 weeks ago I ordered a tv antenna from JM Prime (through [redacted])....apparently the genius' at JM Prime thought that a clothes hamper and an antenna were the same thing because I promptly received a clothes hamper from JM Prime. I call back to rectify the situation and they say that they will send the antenna as soon as possible & request that I send back the hamper with the prepaid packaging slip that they e-mailed me....I print it out, repackage the hamper & go to the post office, but lo & behold the incompetent employees at JM only sent a packaging slip for a 1lb package not a 5lb package, so repeat the last few sentences with another phone call, another apology, another e-mail containing a packaging slip; but while I'm on the phone I ask where abouts my antenna is....."on its way" I'm told......well, the hamper has now been back at JM Prime for a few days now, and still there is no sign of my antenna.....JM Prime: I will definitely not do business with them again....UGH

JM Prime, never received this cd player. You see, we don’t even know anyone with the name [redacted]. As customer courtesy, we did refund the customer’s account even though the cd player never entered our facilities. As per our return policy all our customers know, all return entitled to a %15 restocking fee if not replaced by any other product. And the shipping cost is also on our customers account. With all this information provided, is there anything else we were supposed to do?

Review: April **, 2015 I placed an order for

Fellowes Plastic Comb Binding Spines, 1 1/2 Inch Diameter, Black, 340 Sheets, 50 Pack ([redacted]) in the amount of $44.21 which included expedited shipping. The box I received contained one spine, instead of a box of fifty spines. I took it to [redacted] in order to refuse shipment, but was told since the box was opened, I could not. I left it with them to return to sender, since they would not give me a receipt for shipment back.

JM Prime has acknowledged receipt of my complaint, but said I didn't return it within 30 days. I responded, yes, I did in fact return it within 30 days. No further communication from JM Prime has been received.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: CD player was defective, played,skipped, played, skipped, constantly. Email to JM Prime from [redacted] states to notify and confirm that a return authorization has been requested for item listed below. Customer phoned JM Prime on 2/**/14, spoke with [redacted] re: did JM Prime receive CD player? She told customer she would call back in 2 hrs. Never did. Later that day customer again phoned JM Prime and was told they were working on it and needed more time! On 2/**/14 customer again phoned JM Prime and was told they did not get package and they will file a claim. Customer went to UPS store where CD player was shipped from and got verification that JM Prime DID receive CD player and [redacted] signed the UPS receipt. [redacted] does not know a [redacted]!Customer DOES NOT WANT CD player, only a fair settlement.Customer was charged a 15% restocking fee for a defective item. This is unfair to customer.Desired Settlement: Restocking fee plus shipping & handling for a total of $9.73 plus cost of $14.95 customer paid UPS to reship a defective CD player to JM Prime.Total credit to Mastercard should be $24.68.
