I am rejecting this response because:  It is now 32 days since my initial email request to the business for a refund by check, and I have still not received.  Also, his response to my complaint had false information.  When I returned the vehicle magnet to be laminated/remade, he absolutely did NOT tell me that supplies were out of stock. He told me and my husband that the remade magnets would be available the following Monday. I also did NOT use profanity in his store. He has not in the front office when I was there to pick up the magnets, so any here say is absolutely incorrect.

In regards to the complaint. I did tell the customer we were "squeezing in" the order as mentioned. Although no order was too late at the time, it was still squeezed in. I never said that I would not produce the product. The customer also is correct about when she got here we did not have the...

magnets, there were over 20 sets of magnets given out that days, and about 6 or so when she was in here. They were mixed up with another order but we quickly produced them while she waited. She used them for the event, which was her intended use. I told her I didn't laminate them, which was not made clear at time of ordering if they were to be laminated or non laminated. I told her if they get scuffed up, to bring them back. She brought them back the next day but could not make replacements because I was waiting for stock to come in. I went out of town for a purchasing conference and when I got back she has left me an email which I replied. She wanted the full amount back which I denied because the magnets were used for the intended purpose of that event. I was going to make new ones for a keepsake which she denied. I do not give auto refunds, she did not give me the card info to credit the card so I was to issue a check. She will have the amount mailed to her within 30 days of the initial email and acknowledgement of the funds that are to be issued. I do not recommend her as a customer for using the language she did in my office with other customers present. I fixed the mistake within 10 minutes, I would be willing to reproduce for a keepsake. Out of 60+ orders, this one was the only issue and I did apologize but she did have them on time. I stated a pick up date of "Wednesday" which I completed.
