I had my basement waterproofed by Everdry almost years ago A salesperson came out, took pictures and explained the process and everything that was involved I wanted to be able to finish my basement at some point in the future so I had to do something about my wet basement which was very common for the area in which I lived
I agreed to the price and got more than half of the job financed which was an easy transaction in itself They scheduled the job for two months in the future and sent a crew out to do the work which took about 3-days The crew was very professional, trustworthy and respectable I left them at my house during the day, had a liaison to discuss any progress made and potential issues with the timeline of the job
Everything went very smoothly and I agreed to pay the warranty $per year fee no problem, seems very reasonable, like an insurance policy I have even been months late on the yearly payment but Everdry let me pay years at once on one occasion to keep the warranty current which was very agreeable! I have had crews come out to re-route my sump pump and re-patch a wall over the years and there was no charge and no problems!
I could not be happier with my Everydry experience and my basement!

My husband and I contacted Everdry approximately years ago after moving into our home and finding out our basement flooded routinely They came out, drained the cinderblock walls, cut concrete away from the wall and laid drain tile, moved our sump pump and re-concreted the floor The work was done efficiently and quickly, the guys were courteous and neat and we have not had any issues with flooding again I would definitely recommend Everdry

WE have had to call Everdry on several occasions and they are very friendly and helpful
very prompt service and right on time when they say they would beI would recommend this company to any one who needs there basement dry

In regards to Everdry waterproofing, they waterproofed my house when I bought it in They are very customer oriented! I've called them if there was a problem & they were here as soon as they could beAlways communicated when they would be hereEvery employee coming here to do ANYTHING was 'very' courteousExplaining everything they were doingThey are a great company & I tell everyone why my cellar is so dry, even though it was a dirt floor when I bought the houseSincerely, ***

We had everdry out to do an estimate in the spring of along with many other waterproofing companiesBy far they offered the most for the moneyOther companies were offering half the work at 80% of the cost with a limited warrantyWas not worth itFelt it was worth going with the complete solution and we have been impressedStaff onsite was very accommodating, sales team was great tooThey answered all of my questions and concernsWe have gone from a basement full of water to bone dryI would highly recommend

We are sorry that the service work we did at your home was
disappointing. We understand your
disappointment and appreciate the inconvenience this must have caused. There is no question that your experience was
less than par and did not meet the high standards our customers have come to
expect.
Your waterproofing job is back with a lifetime service
agreement as long as you continue to pay your yearly service agreement. We know that some of the issues you experienced
were caused from outside sources that are not part of your system
The new furnace now drains to a different spot and the old
hole was left open by the furnace installer.
The furnace hole does need to be patched in order for our system to flow
properly. We also cannot service or be
responsible for a battery back up system that you did not purchase from Everdry
Waterproofing. In our efforts to improve
your experience with the company we would like to complete the following work
order:
1.
Patch the old furnace line hole in the concrete
2.
Dye test the system to make sure functioning
properly
3.
Check all Caulk and concrete work to make sure
it meets standards
4.
Reimbursement for ruined towel
We have scheduled an appointment to meet on Monday, April
27, between 9:& 10:to review all the areas of concern. We would like to make sure you are at the appointment
so we can see all the areas you are dissatisfied withI can promise you that
the highest quality standards will be met in the future because protecting our
reputation and creating raving fans is a key priority to us. Again, we apologize for the less than par

Good Morning ***. I have some great news. I was able to move some things around and will have the service crew at your home all day on Oct 15th. I have availability to put the ** *** in this Friday Oct 10th or can have *** install on the Oct 15th when we do the work on the
outside. Please let me know what would be more convenient with your work scheduleI am sorry that the office staff you have been dealing with was disappointing. I do understand your disappointment and appreciate the inconvenience this must have caused you. There is no question that customer service was less than par and did not meet the high standards our customers have come to expect and should continue to demand. In ***'s effort to improve the less than quality customer service we would like to upgrade your system with an ** *** ventilation at no charge. *** does not warrant mold or consequential water damageWe are not willing to pay for any of the mold remediation that you would like done to your home. The original contract states you the homeowner must make the area bare and accessible for us to perform service and the repair has no charge to make the area dryI can promise you that the highest quality standards will be met in the future because protecting our reputation and creating raving fans is a key priority for us. I had basement waterproofing done starting on 5/31/ The work was done in a satisfactory manner The workers were polite and helpful One improvement that can be made is the cleanup after the job is done I can see the difference in the air quality in the basement, it isn't as damp I received all the necessary paperwork once the job was complete All of my questions were answered The office staff is on point

We had a two small leaks in our basement for a few weeks I called Everdry to schedule an inspection of my problem The inspector came at the time scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problemEverdry called me the next day to schedule the repair The two person team showed up as scheduled and on time The work was done quickly and they explained the work they were doing, then cleaned up everything when they were done They were professional and courteous

August 27, To Whom it may Concern,
The ***'s reached out to us on July 7th, regarding some problems that they were havingWe attempted to contact the homeowners and left several messages trying to set up an appointment for our service manager to come out and inspect the
concern areaThe phone calls were going back and forth with no one being able to get in touch with anyoneFinally we were able to speak with the *** and we set up an inspection date for 7/31/to have our service manager come out and
assess the problemA purchasable service agreement is in place so it would not cost the homeowners anything to have us stop outOn July 31st we assessed that some repairs needed to be made and the work was scheduled to be done on August 13, The work was completed on this day and the issues have been resolvedWe strive to create raving fans and have fulfilled our service agreement with the ***Sincerely, *** *** General Manager

While I do still take issue with this company's treatment of customers and some of what was said in their response, we will try to work with them to resolve this issueHowever, if Jessica continues to treat us the way she has prior to the complaint (constantly cutting you off when speaking with her, yelling at you, and simply saying that we are wrong without actually listening to what is being said), I am sure there will be deeper issuesAfter speaking with the neighbors, they have informed us that they have NOT received any notification in the mail or otherwise from Everydry but that they are okay with running a line on their propertyAgain, we will try to work with the company and see if this issue can be resolvedI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have had the Everdry system for over years and I have had a good dry basement ever since I had itI had a little water in the basement this spring and gave everdry a call and they sent a techout and they told me what had to be doneWe made an appointment for the work to be done, they came to the house at the time they stated did the work cleaned up after the job was doneI have not had any water in the basement since the work was completeI really am glad I have the everdry system in my houseA truly great system to keep piece of mind when it is stormingI recommend everdry to any one who wants a dry basement

My name is *** * and I am from Niagara Falls, NYI felt the need to tell all of you that the best thing we ever did was to install the everdry basement waterproofing in our home that we just moved fromIt made a BIG difference down thereIt was like any other room in our house no mildew smell or dampnessI loved it then we moved :( Well I loved it so much one of the first things we did when we moved in our new home was to get the E-X Breathe and its been running and doing a great jobI am so pleased with Everdry and the peopleI would recommend them to anyone and as they say the proof is in the pudding :)

We recently were experiencing problems with our * * *** system from Everdry and called for service A technician was scheduled to come out and he determined the problem quickly and needed to re-schedule for another visit to make the repairThe technician came back as scheduled within the time slot providedThe technician was very courteous and explained exactly what he was doing Both the office and technician called to remind us about our appointment and when he was on his wayHe replaced the unit very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himselfHe also took some time to explain how to set the * * *** controlsHe met our expectations and we were happy with the service we received
