We would like to recognize and bring to your attention the commendable behaviour (actions) of the employee [redacted] & [redacted] Last November , our broth-law Michel Bouchard while travelling from Canada in Arkansas accidently lost a pouch containing personal and important valuable documents (passport [redacted] Mario found them and went out of his way to contact us and arranged for [redacted] to retrieve his valuables [redacted] actions avoided many problems and stress in managing the lost contents for Michel and his family back home and allowed him to continue on his trip through the United States Please forward our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mario for his efforts and persistence and his kind gratuitous gesture in helping a fellow traveller through life's little rough patches
