Very simple tax returns of $24,000 and a $0 return, he charged me $745.00 that's so ridiculous ***, I have never paid more then $220.00
He was referred to me as a good tax accountant

I must admit that there were an issue with this customer. I prepared his h s t for him instead of calculating 12% of h s t on sales and experience I used 13% thinking that the h s t was the same in British Columbia as it is in Ontario. I apologized for making this mistake and offered to redo his numbers. But the customer wanted a refund. Because I refused his refund he told me that he would report me to Revdex.com.
