I purchased window tint from this business in December 2019, with a lifetime warranty. The peeling came off window in March 2020, I called and made an appointment with the sales person. When I came in for the appointment he told me he would not repair the tint. He said it looked like someone tried to peel it off the window. This wasn’t anything covered under the warranty and he would charged me to fix it. I refused to pay another dime for the shoddy work.
Hello, I'm very sorry you are not satisfied with the the tint job you received. I give everyone the option to look at their car after I tint it, before they pay. When your vehicle left my shop there was no hole in the middle of the back role up window. I do offer a lifetime warranty against bubbling, creasing, peeling, cracking and anything the installer does. Your issue was with a hole in the middle of the window that you say was peeling. The hole was not there when your vehicle left my shop. Tint only peels from top, bottom and sides, there is no way the film will peel in the middle of a window. I understand things happen, that"s why I tried to work with you and give you a discount on the repair of your window. I have been doing this for over 25 years and I consider myself an expert at what I do. I am very confident that this was done by somebody that was in your vehicle. I take pride in the work I do. My *** reviews alone show that. I have no problem standing by my warranty, I just can't fix something I didn't create. As I mentioned the last time we talked, I 'm willing to work with you in the repair of your window.
