Responding back to Mr [redacted] , he never tried to call me directlyIt was all by text messagesHe filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, BAR, and his credit card companyMr [redacted] never brought the car back so that I could run a full diagnostic on the vehicleThe car was still under warranty, and he could have easily brought the vehicle backI can't see if any work was done incorrectly without the vehicle being presentHe did file a complaint with the BAR, and offered a resolution and never heard backHe also disputed $with his credit card company, and I processed a stop to itI tried resolving this matter, but it seems Mr [redacted] has left the country.?

I am rejecting this response because: Hi, I called and txt him multiple times(I have records of phone calls and txts) First he was ignoring me then he picked up and told him that there is nothing he can do and that if I want anything done to the car, I need to pay for itAs you can see by response and receipt, the warranty is validIm not sure what to do nextThe transmission broke times in first days after repairI would rather get a refund and fix it somewhere elseI don't trust him any longerHowever if this is not an option, I would like him to fix it again and hopefully it won't brake anymoreI did file case with BAR and disputed the charge with ***Im willing to wait until Jan to see if this will work out if not, I will be taking him to small claims courtI don't think I have any other options.Thanks

I can't open the file this time...Said that is corrupt....Any way...This person has to come back to me, but he wants his money back,and the vehicle has a conditioned warranty that I discussed with him over the phone..and I have a recorded conversation...he suposse to call me back, he even trying to get his money back through the bank with his credit card requesting a charge back...And also to this date, I'm still waiting for him, opens a formal complaint throught the Bureau of automotive Repair (BAR) To see in which way we can solve this situation...In the mean time he just want is money back just like that, and as a bussiness owner I has to have the opportunity to defend myself.-

Mr. [redacted] never brought the car back so that I could run a full diagnostic on the vehicle. The car was still under warranty, and he could have easily brought the vehicle back. I can't see if any work was done incorrectly without the vehicle being present. He did file a complaint with the BAR, and offered a resolution and never heard back. He also disputed $1595.31 with his credit card company, and I processed a stop to it. I tried resolving this matter, but it seems Mr. [redacted] has left the country.
