I hired Ronnie to remove existing windows and install a sliding glass patio door into my brick home in Wauwatosa. The original agreement said he was to remove windows, remove brick under windows, frame in the door and finish the exterior brick and trim as well as frame interior so all I had to do was finish interior trim. He hired a main to do the brick work which turned out fantastic, but after he roughly framed in the door 3 inches larger then the actual door he tweaked the frame and the for wouldn't close and left the job air in a hurry to get to another job. It took me two days after work to repair what he left and finish the job. I paid him $1020.00 and he spent less then 5 hours at the job air and did half of what we agreed upon. Ronnies quality of work is well below average and it explains why he is so hard up for work.
