And started trying to user there web connector(s) serviceIt take two data connectors one for inventory synchronization, and the second for sales orders started working between ***.com and my *** books enterpriseI use auto payment to JMAWEB
Wanted to expand and use it with another of their listed products they supportI made calls trying to get this set up and was told I needed the API calls from my shopping cart providerIt took time and effort to get my shopping cart updated and I increased my monthly plan in order to work with JMAWEB
Bought two more connectors for "ONE shopping cart" also called *** as that is their URLTwo months I tried to get it to work and finally the JMA help desk told me that the stock
JMA is one of the most responsive companies I deal with They always get right back with me On several occasions I have had unusual problems which have required extensive consultation to get fixed They persist until my problem is solved They never turn you away or leave your problem unanswered I recommend them highly
JMA Web Connex software has saved us many hours in transferring orders from our eCommerce software to our accounting *** softwareThe Connex software has many features and functions that allow for total customization of how the orders are imported, mapped and posted into *** and how the inventory is handledIn addition, they have great technical supportVery responsive in evaluation any issue you may face and provide you with tips or process to achieve the desired positive outcomeOverall JMA Web makes great products that provide great service at reasonable costI have been using their software for over three years and been very satisfied with their product and service

We have been using *** for awhile now to import all our Big Commerce sales into *** *** *** in the cloudIt works great and seamlesslyRecently had a problem with Canadian sales since we have to charge sales tax there but pay it through ***They got it working without conflicting with our AZ sales tax reportsWould love to see phone support offered as a regular service but they have called me and done screen sharing when neededGreat product and support*** ***
This company offers "support, training, and connectivity with you and the platforms they connectMy company uses them to sync information between *** and ***After almost a year of using themI started getting a message from them that we were "going over our syncing capacity" The amount we were paying for was syncs in a yearWe have done less than half of that in totalI reached out to them each month, they would confirm that we hadn't reached our sync limit and would reset our counterBut each month this was happening there was days that they were not syncingThis happened for months, finally I reached out and asked them to find out what was wrong and fix it for good or refund me for the time they were not syncing our ordersThe owner and developer wrote me back and said "*** is not for everyone"That was their response to my request for them to do the one service I pay for
