County TNR review. Pleasc note: We arc not allmved 10 send the final set of plans to the homeowner until Lhey are approved by a permitting jurisdiction. Travis County TNR issued comments regarding the customer"s development, platting and subdivision status that are holding up the approval of the [redacted] plans and release of the [redacted] and development pennits. We have provided Travis County TNR Wilh infOnnation we have regarding this and they have not cleared thesc comments. In the last letter we received froln Travis County it states: "1. No permits can be issued for this lot until our Planning Department has determined that it has been properly permitted. It does not appear thc subdivision plat was ever approved by the 'l'ravis County or the City of Austin. 2. All [redacted] concerns have been addressed. However, another review will take place in case additional easements are created or property lines moved in the proc.ess of obtaining plat approval." My prol'essional recommendation is that the homeowner contact [redacted] County directly to get their development issues cleared.
