Review: Regarding order #[redacted]...

I ordered a YUASA NP4-12 12V 4Ah Battery, and they shipped me a Genesis battery instead.

The Genesis battery is cheaper as advertised on their website, YUSSA listed $23.50 and Genesis listed $18.50.

I contacted their customer service on 01-**-2016, and they promise to refund me $3.13 and put in the mail on the same day. Todate, I am still waiting for the refund to arrive.Desired Settlement: refund as promised.

I purchased several items from JMAC and found the Vista-15p defective. It took over 2 months to get a replacement and the replacement is also bad!! The replacement is giving a constant "system lo bat" alarm. JMAC said I should replace the battttery. The original battery had a 2 year warranty and was only in use for about one week but JMAC said I had to buy another battery since it was used for a week. (so much for a 2 year warranty). Still waiting for this to be resolved.... 3 months and counting.

Review: I ordered several items from JMAC SUPPLY via [redacted] in October 2014 and installed said items in November 2014. The Vista 15p was bad so I returned it to JMAC SUPPLY on 12/**/14 and it took until 2/**/15 (over 2 months) to get a replacement. The replacement is also bad! I was told to buy a new battery even thought the battery bought from JMAC SUPPLY in October 2014 had a 2 year warranty. I did, but that did not solve the problem. JMAC now wants me to work directly with Honeywell but

1. I can't understand them (out-sourced support).

2. What I do understand is they only want to work with a licensed technician.

Now 5 months later this is still not resolved.

I've spent additional money shipping the first defective vista-15p back and also spent additional money on a battery that did not solve the problem. I don't want to spend more money on guess work on what is wrong. I just want a good vista-15p.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund since they never supplied a working vista-15p.

Review: JMAC Has Fraudulently Charged Our Company Credit Card.

This Company Has Chosen To Charge Our AMEX Card, With Failure To Deliver Products Purchased.

1 Month Has Elapsed From Our Purchase From JMAC, They Have Made No Attempt To Contact nor Explain Their Actions.

As Of Today September * 2013 - I Have Not Received a Response From This Company After Emailing JMAC.

This JMAC Has Apparently Mis-Represented Their Online Status Via [redacted].

If I Have Known About The Business Practice Of This JMAC, I Would Have Avoided This Business.Desired Settlement: Refund Our Company AMEX , And I Do Not Wish, Want nor Have Anything Further Communication nor Purchase With This JMAC Company.

Review: Well I purchase Digimerge - DNR216P1 - 16 Ch Nvr With 4 Poe, Hdmi, 1tb from JMAC on [redacted] .When got the product it was a open box I did a bad feedback on [redacted] about the open box. a few day later I receive a phone call from JMAC customer service it was no question I got a open box and what they offer me was a gift certificate if cancel my feed back! Since the NVR works great I accept the apologies and keep the product .What I don't appreciate they never send me a gift certificate I am sure they are pretty proud of the trick : take your feedback out first and I send you your gift Certificate!

I don't thing they deserve an A+ Rating from youDesired Settlement: Give me my gift certificate and most important I a sincere apology from "[redacted]" the smart , dishonest customer service Dude!

I bought a [redacted] Thermostat on [redacted] from this seller.

The unit worked well for 3 weeks then it froze up and wouldn't update. I contacted ** and they wouldn't deal with the end user directly so I had to contact the seller. It took some time but they were trying to arrange a 3-way call for support. While I was waiting for the seller to call me back, I somehow managed to get the thermostat to work again. I cancelled my support call and it worked for another month.

I was told they would replace it with another. They wanted me to remove the thermostat and send it back to them. I explained it was now the only thermostat I had and couldn't remove it and have nothing to control my heat. They agreed to send me a replacement unit and I was to place the bad one in the same box and send back. After 2 weeks of waiting for the replacement I decided to email again only to find the unit was no longer available.

JMAC Supply is extremely bad at getting back to me with any sort of an update. At this point I asked to return it and they agreed. I was instructed to send the unit back and they would process the return. Again I didn't hear an update so I emailed. They now tell me they made an error and I would not get a return since it was beyond 30 days and it had been sent to ** to repair. Once repaired it would be sent back to me. I had already bought a replacement thermostat since they told me I would get a refund and I needed something in place when I took the defective unit out.

Again, I was told they were looking into an update from ** on its status and promised they would call me back the next morning. A week and a half went by with now response. I called JMAC Supply on a Monday and spoke with another guy that apologized to me and assured me that he would look into this and promised to call me first thing Tuesday. I told him I heard this before a couple times and no one can ever follow up on what they say. He said he would personally make sure to call me. Here I am still waiting 2 days later without a response or update.

I'm still waiting for either a refund or the repaired product.

Avoid this seller unless you like getting the run around.
