Customer came down at end on day on Thursday and spoke with Peter, They went over entire vehicle, told him he needed axles. The speed sensors were previously replaced at another shop. They have bad tone rings on axles.  Recommended replacing axles, Customer gave Peter the ok. Diagnostic:  the 3 hours  is for the after the transmission was installed, the vehicle had to be test driven because first it was shifting and then not shifting. Mechanic had to make many phone calls to troubleshoot. Found out that it has bad tone rings on axles. Both Axles:  3 hours total @ 92.00 per hourDipstick Tube and Indicator:  Will adjust to 3 hrs @ 92.00: had to R&R oil pan in order to replace dip stick tubeAs before, the front pump clutches were shot on transmission

I do not agree with the hours the company charged for the dip stick removal or charges for road test. At no time was I advised through this process of any of the charges nor did I accept and agree to these charges. After my many request Don could never be up front about what the charges would be. I did agree with the mechanic on the two or so hours on the rear axles repair. Don ceased an opportunity to pad his hours and that is what he did and I don't agree with it. at this time I will end my complaint. Thank You
