The man from the company kept his appointment with me on Tuesday August **, and made a repair to the glazing of the tub He charged a reasonable amount, which I paid in cash This was two days ago and the repair appears to be satisfactory at this time Unless something goes wrong, this closes my complaint from my standpoint I appreciate the role of the Revdex.com is prompting action to resolve this

Review: I used this company to reglaze my bathtub two years ago. I called them about a problem during the week of June ** 2014 and again during the week of July * 2014. On both times, I got a recording, left a clear message including my name and number, but received no return phone call or other contact from them.

Review: I have a five year contract with JMB, for the re-glazing of my upstairs bathtub in a bisque color which [redacted] preformed on August **, 2012. I have called them starting at the end of August 2013 and throughout September, and left several messages, to requesting them to return my phone call, so I could schedule someone to come back out to my house. The glaze is currently coming off from around the rim of the tub, and I am attempting to get a hold of the company so they can send a tech out to a

Review: JMB Reglazing had refinished my tub a few years ago, and within the time frame of the written warrantee on my contract states a unconditional guarantee against peeling and flaking. My tub is now flaking and peeling. I had called the company three times, with not even a return phone call. These phone calls have been one time each week for the past three weeks. I did not want to go this route but when my third phone call was not responded to I felt no other option.Desired Settlement: To have a phone call back and to have the company come back to fix the repair.
