I purchased a hair piece from JMC which was defective hair started falling out and was extremely knotted- I was promised a new piece
I was promised a new piece by my hair dresser who had got the ok from the owner [redacted]- than apparently he changed his mind and said he would send the piece off for repair* this was supposed to be an exchange of a defective hair piece no money was supposed to be charged- now JMC is telling me the repair of their defective piece is going to cost me 200.00!!!!!!!!!!
