I had a gutter installed the first week of June by MD guttersI began to have standing water issues within the first daysI called and was told by a young girl that a service call would be $or more and it was probably dirty guttersShe claimed the men were not paid for faulty installs so they rarely went out for freeThe next day I went on my roof and found about feet of the gutter held water as so found with my garden hoseI called again and spoke with the owner and his wifeAfter question and answer time he decided his men needed to come and make adjustmentsHe claimed I would get a call the night before they would arriveIt was 8/2/around 1:30pm while home alone in the shower I was sure someone was breaking into my homeThe noise was extremely loud with scraping and bangingI got out to find two men from MD Gutters on my roof.They had jumped over my locked gate and payed no attention to my every foot no trespassing [redacted] along the front of my gated proper

This company was hired by our HOA in April of to perform gutter work on our house Instead, they made a MESS of our gutters They were suppose to CLEAN the gutters, but now we have a HUGE BLOCKAGE we never had prior to them coming to our home (we have previously cleaned our won gutters on a YEARLY basis prior to this company being hired) In addition, I spoke to both Jessica (who really had to be the most unorganized and unhelpful person I have ever spoke to) and Michael (who said he was the owner of the company) asking them both to replace downspouts that were rotted due to no maintenance by the HOA over the years we have lived here They BOTH promised that the downspouts would be replaced and advised me I did not need to get the management company involved Michael had set up multiple appointments with me to come out and as he described it "take care of the situation." This never happened In the end I would contact Michael on his cell phone (which he had provided me t
