I was quoted $9000.00 to have vinyl siding put on my house. I paid a total of $9470.00-however the job was never completed. I had to pay close to $2000 more to another company to come complete the job. I gave JMC the first payment on 7-22-13 and the last payment was made on 8-27-14. In between that time I was promised the job would be done repeatedly, but it was never completed. I feel totally taken advantage of and extremely frustrated by the whole process. In addition the company I called to complete the job had to take down and correctly install some sections.

Review: Contracted JMC Services to build a deck for our above-the-ground pool. Project was started middle of August, still waiting in December for job to be finished. Won't return my calls -- has called me once in past 6 weeks. Lots of broken promises. Deck is not up to code. Have tried time and time again to rectify situation, offering compromising solutions. They have been paid in full but will not call me back to finish job.Desired Settlement: Needs to finish Deck and bring it to code, or refund the incremental $400 that was paid for the gate.
