This was a [redacted] window service we were doing for this customer not a Gilkey Window. We have all parts re-ordered on 6/12 and we have requested a rush on the order. Due to the fact that these were geometric shapes we made a human error on the sizing and thus caused the delay....
We will notify the customer directly once they arrive and work with them on a reduction in the cost of the final balance for their inconvenience.

We have confirmation from [redacted] that we will have service items on 7/12/17. We will contact customer to schedule visit no later than 7/21/17
