I am rejecting this response because:Most of this information from *** is incorrect and the time it takes to approve someone for an apartment complex from this property is absolutely ridiculous! Never had I dealt with such an unprofessional property manager and
staffI don't owe this property nothing, they should be paying me for all the time and effort I've wasted.

that occasionally occur during transportation there was absolutely nothing we were able to do about the delivery time frame. As per damaged items, we've reviewed several images which were emailed over by the clientOne of the items is a slightly cracked plastic bin packed by the client, the other a small shelving unit made out of "particle board" in other words pressed wood. Missing boxes still seems to be a mystery to all of us here because the inventory was properly labeled and loaded onto the truck for deliveryWe've apologies many times, we've discounted the relocation even though the delivery location had absolutely no access for a tractor trailer to pull up to. This is an unfortunate even and we did not avoid *** ***Our goal was to solve the issue and remedy the situation
