There was no offer of another room and had the room not been in the condition it was we would have stayed.? instead we drove hours home.? We were told there were no other rooms and all other hotels were full as well.? We did receive 50% refund but because of the condition of the room we should have received a 100% refund which is what the front desk staff told us would happen Regards, [redacted]
