Review: I **.[redacted], had a contract with Mr. James M[redacted] to do work on my house, he was to point the hole front of the house, put in a new patio and a small brick wall on July 7 th 2014. I have call and text Mr. M[redacted] menay times, he said that he was still doing another job, I Ms J[redacted] said to him that you told me that you would start on July 7th, 2014, as we agree then I text Mr. M[redacted] many time, and he did text back saying that he will get to it. Today is August 10 2014, and no work was done I Ms J[redacted], recevied a text on July 18th, from Mr. M[redacted], saying he will start on Monday July 28, I agree to that date. Then the day before he was to start somebody text me and said Mr.M[redacted] is in the hosiptal, BS, the day he was to start July 28th, I [redacted] text him to just refund my money back, he text me back and said that he will come by on Saturday that was August 1st today is August 10th still no call or text. I Ms. J[redacted] just want my money back. I have all the texts that were text.Desired Settlement: To get my money back!
