Previously, I have sent emails about tenants residing below me making loud noises (such as stomping, slamming cabinets/doors and loud music) and [redacted] (assistant business manager) told me to contact the police. When I did contact the police and they came to my apartment, they stated they could not do anything unless they hear the noise. But when the tenants made noise claims against me, I was issued a noise violation letter. When I went to the office to discuss the matter, neither [redacted] nor [redacted] (business manager) would not discuss with me when such alleged noise was made. I also contacted [redacted] (JMG Realty) and explained my issues but she never followed up with me. Also, when a repairman came to fix my refrigerator, not only was the refrigerator not repaired (noise now occurs more often), but someone went through my bathroom drawers. When I emailed [redacted], she told me to contact the police. When I asked for the name of the repairman and maintenance supervisor (who was also present when my refrigerator was suppose to be fixed), she did not reply. Recently, I had plaster from the bathroom ceiling peeling and falling since May 26th and nothing has been done. I had to email to ask about the status. Since then, a second section of the bathroom ceiling has been peeling and falling and I placed another work order-yet no confirmed date to when a contractor will fix the ceiling. Lastly, my lease is set to expire in July and I never received a renewal letter. In May, I went to the office to pick up a package and I was asked about renewing my lease. When I stated I did not receive any letter, I was informed of the pricing. When I asked if the price can be negotiated, she stated that [redacted] will contact me. I went to the office to inquire about my lease, I was told [redacted] is still working on it and if I don't hear from her by May 17, don't worry about it (yet the tenant is suppose to provide 60 days notice if they are not going to renew). As to date, I still do not know about my rent status.Desired SettlementMaintenance issues repaired immediately as well as the status of my monthly rent. If I don't want to renew, I want to have sufficient time to find another apartment.

Our air conditioning has not been fixed for several months.Our central air conditioning went out about 3 months ago. At first, it would go out and the maintenance guys would simply replace the freon. Then as time went on, the problem has persisted to the point where the air conditioning does not work at all. Throughout this process, my roommate and I have spoken with management via phone, email and in person multiple times but have not achieved a resolution. The management finally put in window units over a month ago but still have not fixed the air conditioning. We have been told that they are ordering a new central air conditioning unit for over a month but we have yet to receive this. Now, we also have bugs coming in through the window units as they are not completely sealed. I have also contacted their corporate office and did not receive a response. Throughout this process, management has not been in contact with us and has been very careless when speaking with us. We have not been offered anything for our struggles. I have been cooperative throughout the process and have not been disrespectful to staff.Desired SettlementI am hoping to have my air conditioning repaired or replaced.
