this was my first time going to carter powersports. At first I wasn't allowed to schedule a time to bring my vehicle into their chop. eventually they consented to a time. As soon as they opened was the appointment time. there was already a line. A line full of complaining past customers. So I took their complaints with a pinch of salt. I got in and out of there in 2hours. The clerk [redacted] was okay (it was early morning). However the clerk next to her had a very bad attitude. Avoided him like he had the plaque! I was updated and went outside to wait for my vehicle. The guy brought the vehicle forward. I let him know I was waiting for the scooter. HE IGNORED ME! Took my keys inside to the front desk and didn't let me know what was going on. Long story short. I had to ask several times for MY OWN KEYS! Not good service! I have to reconsider coming back here.
