For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: Please let me address the owner of JMJ Motors#I was not told that there was key unit after I signed the contract.? #The owner acts like I went to a little mom and pop store I went to the [redacted] dealershipI only went there because I got no responses from the dealership or my sells person and I have the emails to prove it along with the recorded conversation of the sells person saying I didn't smell anything from that truck, it's impossible because they checked ALL THE FLUIDSIf that was the case then why did the [redacted] dealership in [redacted] tell me that none of the fluids had been changed? Is the owner of JMJ Motors that sells [redacted] cars and trucks accusing them of lying?? I'm still asking for a refund of $and when they ran my credit it said a credit score that raised my interest rate to almost 18% and I had a copy of my credit report that said I had a now I have a JMJ Motors has costed me thousands and the owner only spent minutes showing me a few things about the truck not an hour which proves everything he has said is a lieIf he can provide video prove that he was in my truck and showing me everything I will gladly drop the complaint .? To Whom it May Concern,My name is [redacted] , I am the owner of JMJ Motors.? I am sorry to hear that the customer that purchased a ***? from us is going through cancer treatments, we wish him the best with his treatments and hope he beats this terrible disease.As far as the purchase of his "dream vehicle" please let me address his issues one by one below:Issue #1:? One set of key(s)- Since we are a a used vehicle dealer, many times when we purchase vehicle either from the auction or from trade in's we as a high line used car dealer are not allowed to make keys.? Every customer is advised at the time of purchase weather we I, or more keys the the vehicle.? [redacted] was aware that there was only key with that specific vehicle.Issue #2:? We send every vehicle we purchase through an inspection.? All fluids and fluid levels were checked on his vehicle and passed all of our test.? We advise every customer that if there is a problem with their vehicle to contact us and bring the vehicle back to our service facility.? If he decided to have another dealer facility recommend fluid changes to his vehicle for $he should have immediately called us to discuss, he did not.Additionally, I spent over hour with [redacted] , at time of delivery, showing him how every option worked on the ***.? As sign of good will, I will offer [redacted] his next oil change at no cost.? We take the customer experience very seriously and we explain to every customer to notify us when they have an issue.? For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: I'm confused as to why the owner keeps saying I should have bought the vehicle back to them when I emailed and called my sells person and the dealership times and got no responeWhen I told [redacted] (my sells person) I smelled "burning oil" the first thing she should have said was bring it back ASAP but she said "It was definetly not my truck." AND I HAVE IT RECORED SO YOU CAN'T SAY SHE DIDN'T SAY IT.It's my understanding that the owner of JMJ Motors is saying a [redacted] dealership is lying about the fluids and air filters?? and that their price is "extremely excessive"??? Then why is he saying [redacted] cars and trucks??Why is the owner dodging the question about the aftermarket air filters that I had to pay for?? Regards, [redacted]
