Review: My family and I moved into these apartments in March 2011 and loved everything about them until the 25th of May we received a noise complaint concerning my son who is three years old being too loud when going from room to room for the new downstairs neighbors. Over the next year the discriminating notices continued until we had four complaints. The management was not helpful at all with the situation as they said the complaints were nothing to worry about until we received our fifth which was a three-day notice to move. Upon move out I took pictures as proof of how clean we left the place so when we received our move-out statement I was shocked. The carpets that had only lasted a couple of years were stated as having a 10 year carpet life. They charged us $669.00 for carpet plus $85.00 for cleaning. After living there for over four years other neighbors will prove that the carpets are not 10 year carpets. As our deposit was only $450 they took our remaining prorated rent and stated that we owed 17.05. I spoke with the manager Sarah Saldivar who refused to provide me with her bosses name which is illegal. We completely paid off the account with them but I am leaving this complaint because they admitted to charging everyone else the same way which should be illegal. Also, I would like to note the several other tenants that had been there for years and years were moving about the same time we were.Desired Settlement: I would expect that formal letter be sent to the business and that they be investigated. Also, I would like a refund if that is even possible. But my first priority would be to prevent this from happening again to anyone else.
