JML did an excellent job re-shingling our house and replacing the gutters and fascia. They were very professional in all aspects of the job from beginning to end (quoting, planning and execution). They showed up on time and always made sure we were aware of what was happening throughout the project. The team cleaned up after themselves every single day. Thank you!

Using JML to roof our house and build our new garage was by far the best experience we've ever had dealing with a contractor. Jeff is extremely professional and attentive and these traits extend to his staff and work crews. Michelle kept us in the loop on when the crews would be coming and each crew confirmed with a phone call the night before. The guys showed up on time, were friendly, organized, well skilled and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises or hiccups along the way. All in all, JML delivered excellent value and it was a positive experience in every way. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do quality improvements to their home.

I had my second garage built by JML Roofing and Renovations. The quality of the work ,the timeliness of delivery and the accommodation of their staff was excellent with both experiences.I would highly recommend them as dealing with Jeff is a very positive experience. The quality compared to a very competitive price is a good option especially for my wife and I who are retirees. We now have a JML garage at home in the City and now at the lake. Not sure if we will need a third garage but if we do we know who we will call.

Was very pleased with the work done by JML replacing my roof. Got a quote within a couple of days requesting it. The quote was accurate as far as final bill was concerned. The people I dealt with at JML were very professional, work crew was great. The roof looks great, site was cleaned up very well and my flower beds were left in good shape. Jeff designed the screen room which is a cedar construction with composite flooring. The carpentry work is incredibly beautiful. I have used JML twice, once to replace my roof in 2015 and once to upgrade my deck in 2018. In both cases, I was extremely satisfied with their work. They have great staff and provide excellent customer service.

These guys that built my garage were absolutely fantastic.The people who demolished and removed my old garage were great to work with.They did a great job of preparing the site for the new garage.The people who poured the garage floor and stub wall very courteous and efficient.Whatever questions I had they were more than happy to answer.The crew that actually built the garage were super.They were fast,friendly and had the garage built in less that a day from the bottom plates to the shingles doors and windows.The electrical was done in a couple of hours and the stucco crew did a fantastic job.I am so pleased with what they did I would highly recommend them to do your garage.
Jeff LePage,the project manager was great to deal with.He was very friendly and efficient.He answered all my calls and addressed the minor concerns and questions that I had.I give the work and workmanship 5/5.

I was very impressed with the work the JML team did on my house and would recommend them to friends and family. They did a great job!

I would NEVER recommend JML to anyone. First they poured the concrete. rebar sticking out for the curb where there shouldn't be a curb, when I confronted them they laughed and said " oh *** I didn't have the blueprint with me". Who pours a pad without a print. *** is who they contracted.so now I have to live with unfinished concrete out my back door.once they completed the garage more surprises. The garage floods every time it rains even just a small rain .they told me this is normal to get water. Keep in mind half my garage was flooded.they tried putting the blame on me for not getting a 2ft extension on the front pad.
There were half inch gaps between the curbs and the door framing on man door as well as both garage doors. There was also gaps between the metal covering the framing to the floor. More gaps that u could see right outside beer the garage doors as well. They argued with me about which way I wanted the evestroughs to drain.more gaps between the eves and the garage about 3/4 inch. The bolts were all loose securing the walls to the curb.All in all this is the most unprofessional, uncompassionate business I have ever dealt with.the whole time arguing back and forth with this business I thought I was dealing with just a sales rep but when I asked I found out I was dealing with the owner the whole time.. WOW
