Good afternoonThis Chrysler town and country was brought in to our repair shop after leaving another repair shop for a complaint of being over chargedWe initially explained to the customer that
the vehicle needed a substantial amount of work and that we were not sure how much it would cost to repair her vehicle until we did a engine diagnostic which is $100,she agreedAfter installing a computer (ecm) in the vehicle we did the diagnostic on the vehicleThe diagnostic initial result showed a bad map sensorWe called the customer and gave her prices for parts and labor, she agreedAfter working on the vehicle for about three hours we came to the conclusion that the vehicle was not worth fixing: broken exhaust, bad catalytic converter,oil leaks etcWe called the customer once again and she said she would junk the vehicleA few days passed and the vehicle was still on the propertyShe came by the shop took all her personal items from th e vehicle and explained to us that she would have a junk yard pick up the vehicleAfter storing the vehicle for a few more days and no response from the customer, we decided to remove the plates, registration and inspection sticker from the vehicle and put the vehicle on the street to be picked up as we did not have the space to accommodate the vehicle any longer and we did not want the vehicle to get a ticketwe are a professional family owned and well respected business in our communityA duplicate inspection sticker from dmv is $and the registration is $which is a total of $we have have no problem paying for themAfter all this headache and work I did not charge her a dime for parts, labor or storageThank you

thereBecause I do believe that they're trying so get over on me after they remove the stickers from my car I checked into it a replacement registration is $and a replacement inspection I have to replace the inspection I've tried to put all this behind me but since they want to be inconsiderate and indecent with the offer I will just take them to court
