This company threatened to sue me if I didn't take down my negative review. I refused. I was originally quoted the remodeling of my bathroom would take two weeks. It took two months. Communication between the estimator, contractor and management was horrible. I was told the reason why it's taken so long to complete the work was because the manager never paid the contractors so they were not going to come out and finish the work until they got paid. I called the manager and he told me that they were lying and that he would get it fixed. Another two weeks went by and no one came over to finish the work. I finally got fed up and called the CEO of the company and they were there the next day to finish my bathroom. My bathrooms look like a novice did it the walls aren't smooth there's lines everywhere there's holes around the door frame where they had to repair the wall, the shower faucet leaks water. During the remodel I was told that a dumpster would be put in my driveway to place all The trash in but, that never happened. Trash blew around in my backyard and on my front porch for a week before I had to call and complain because my neighbors were complaining that trash is getting into their yard. And the CEO of the company never called me back so that goes to show you how they treat their customers.

We were considering taking legal action because what you are doing is illegal. Everything you are saying is completely false and unfair. We have worked too hard for you to come and try to ruin our reputation. We had this review taken down twice because of the evidence we have showing how wrong you are. Don't worry, we will not try to take it down anymore or take legal action. I now understand it will be a waste of time. I will just let the people that are reading this know my side of the story.

I, Julian ***, the CEO that you mention in your review was the one that provided you with an estimate. The first time we met you were very specific on how you wanted to save as much money as possible. We did the job you hired us to do and we finished it. It was done in the time we had agreed except the loose fixture that we came back and fixed. Yes, at the moment we were going through some internal changes and it took us a couple of weeks to come back but we did go. We even fixed your drain you said was not working properly because it was full of hair. You are complaining about the drywall but you only hired us to install the vanities, the shower and the tile that that you had already bought. We did pick up the trash even though you said you only wanted a price for labor. I asked you on a text message if you were sure that you wanted to do your own painting and you said yes.

We will keep striving to build a great company and will do our best to fully satisfy our clients. If you have a change of heart and want to resolve this in a civil way you can always call me at (XXX) XXX-XXXX, if not, I kindly ask you to stop harassing our business and leave us alone. We are trying to make a living here.

Mr. you are a liar. I've never met you before in my life. Their was a young lady and an older man that came and did my estimate. Not you. The only reason you won't take my review down anymore is because you can't. I've filed a legal notice through google showing your deceptive practices. When I emailed you again asking if you needed my address to serve me you should've told me then you weren't moving forward. You can't threaten me. I know my rights.

Your employees never came to my house to fix a drain full of hair. Wrong customer. You replaced the entire plumbing because it was outdated and wouldn't match with the shower/tub combo I bought for your employees to install. You really need to not speak on conversations and interactions you weren't apart of. Your getting all of this information second hand because you aren't involved in the day to day of your own company. Like I've stated before yes I only wanted the contractors to install the things I bought but, your workers destroyed the drywall during demolition. Your workers offered to install the drywall so it should've been installed correctly. And you picked up the trash because you are supposed to when you are demolishing 2 bathrooms. I spoke about it with the foreman not you. Yes the Forman and contractors asked me about painting and I did say I wanted to do the painting. I enjoy painting. But That's it. No sanding, caulking, or making the walls even. You're supposed to do that.

You should take this experience as a learning moment and treat your future customers with dignity and respect. I haven't and will not be contacting you. Please stop contacting me and get back to your business. All of this could've been prevented if you only returned my phone call during the job. Good bye.

If you are looking for home renovation, from small projects to big ones, this is a company you can trust! We did some fixing up for our home after move-out in preparation for sale. JMR painted the entire house including closets and garage, repaired drywall, fixed shower door, added insulation, fixed windows, and pressure washed exterior. Bray kept us posted step by step and welcomed my walk-in a couple of times to see how things were going. A great crew who worked hard and produced a beautiful result. This is the second home in our family that JMR has renovated. Yes, I can highly recommend this company!

I contacted this company to give me an estimate to renovate my daughter's bathroom back in 2/18.The project to start renovations was pushed back for a whole month due to them trying to find contractors to come out and complete the job.Bray the project manager finally found someone to come out to my house at the end of March to start the job.They did not finish remodeling the bathroom until 4/18.I had to call them back out twice afterwards to fix things having to do with the remodel.After the remodel my husband an I noticed we did not have hot water in the bathtub in my daughter's bathroom. It gets luke warm and that's it.The bathroom sink produces hot water but not the bathtub.My FIL is a plumber so we told him the problem and he said we need to contact the JMR and have them fix the issue since we are still under warranty.My FIL said they need to remove the shower handle and turn the hot water knob all the way up and that should fix the issue.I called and spoke with a gentleman and told him our issue with the bathroom and that we are still under warranty and would like to have someone come out and fix the issue.He had Bray come out to our home the following Monday and assess the issue.Bray spoke with my husband and told him what he thought the issue was which was what my father in law said in addition to there may be a piece in there that THEY need to replace to resolve the issue.Bray said he would send a contractor out to our home the following week to fix the issue and someone would call me to confirm a date and time.I never heard from anyone. I called JMR Home Services to check on it a week later and I was told they have no record of my issue in the system but they would have Bray call me to set up a date and time for the contractor to come out.Another week goes by and I hear nothing from anyone.I call again and told again there is no record of my issue in the system.Each time I call I am told Bray is busy and will call me.Bray has yet to call me back.I am still waiting for a call from Bray

Desired Outcome

Refund At this point this shows to be beyond poor customer service from the entire company. I have lost all faith that my issue will be resolved by this company. I would like a full refund for an unfinished job. I asked the receptionist what he would do if he were in my shoes and he said he would file a claim with the Revdex.com.

We have already spoken with Mrs *** and the issue has been solved.

JMR installed my shower floor and the floor was not leveled. They promised to redo the floor but did not do anything.
The JMR home services installed shower walls and floor for my bathroom on January 26, 2018 and I paid them about $2500. Right after the installation, I noticed that the shower floor was not leveled correctly and as a result, water did not flow to the sink. I contacted the JMR and they redid the shower floor in early March. The new floor was leveled better and water flew better than before. In June I started noticing yellow water stains on a (long) edge of the shower floor and water stranding on this edge. I called the JMR in July and they sent a project manager to check the problem. He said that it had to be redone again and the cost would be covered by the JMR because of their warranty. But no one contacted me for 3 weeks. I contacted the JMR again and they sent another person to look at the problem in August. He also agreed that the floor has to be redone. No one contacted me for 2 weeks. I contacted the JMR several times and the representative told me that he had written a letter to the company owner but heard nothing.

Desired Outcome

The JMR should redo the floor or refund my payment.

I want to report that the issue has been resolved. The owner of the JMR sent his workers to redo the shower floor last week. We tested today and water runs well on the new floor. The owner also commits to fix any problem should it happen within their five-year warranty.
