Review: On June 30, 2011 a contract was entered into with JMR Roofing & Siding, Inc. to install a brand new roof on my house and garage. I filed a claim with on my homeowners insurance policy([redacted]) in which the claim was paid out. JMR installed the roof and payment was made in full to them on the same date provided. The problem I am currently experiencing is I have water coming in through my living room ceiling. It has ruined my plaster ceiling, rotted interior wood, damaged furniture, and also a plaster wall where water is getting in as well. There may be additional damage as well. As per the contract I have a lifetime manufacturers warranty on the shingles, and a 5 year workmanship warranty. I have called, and sent text messages to JMR at least 15-20 times and they refuse to come take care of the issue. On several occasions the owner/ president Justin Ragazzine stated he would come out and look at it, and then never show up. JMR is no longer taking my calls, text messages, or responding to voicemails left. On January 29, 2014 my insurance company [redacted] came out to inspect the damage as I had contacted them to file a claim since JMR would not return my phone calls. After doing a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior they determined that the damage was not caused by any new incident but in fact by faulty craftsmanship by the previous installer JMR. As such [redacted] will not let me file a claim since it is not a new incident, and the damage done was from poor installation and error. I would like JMR to make financial restitution as they refuse to honor the terms of our contract.Desired Settlement: I would like JMR to make full restitution for all the damages caused by the faulty craftsmanship.

Review: On 4/11/2013 we contracted JMR ROOFING & SIDING to replace 2 flat rubber roofs on our residence. The old roofs, that were 30 years old never leaked. The new roofs that JMR installed leaked tremendously into our family room, damaging our ceiling beams, drapes, carpet, antique furniture, telephone, LazyBoy chair, and lamp. We actually dumped out 16 buckets of water which came through our beamed ceiling. They eventually sent someone out to seal the roof, but never returned our calls about the damages. Also on 4/11/13, we contracted JMR ROOFING & SIDING to replace our shingled roof on the rest of our house, and a portion of that is now leaking also. We have talked to the salesman, but he says he is no longer with this company. We have called them repeatedly, probably 50 times, but the answer machine sometimes is full, and other times we leave a message, but they NEVER have called us back. We would like the damages covered, because since there is fabric involved, and carpet, it is getting moldy and I am going to replace it all this month. This company does not even respond to Mike DeWine's letter regarding our complaint. We request a settlement asap. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Replace all that is ruined: Carpet, ceiling beams, lamp, telephone, chair and refinish antique buffet.
