we called *** ***He said he would call us back, but we never heard back from him.Also, on the date that *** ***’s complaint arose, we did not perform any residential cleaningsOur entire team of technicians was at one of our large commercial accounts both Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th.All of our work comes with a day guaranteeIf a customer is not thrilled with a cleaning that we provide, we return free-of-charge and re-clean that areaIf we cannot satisfy the customer by re-servicing them, then we do offer a full refund.It is my best guess that *** ***'s complaint is for a different cleaning company.Please let me know if you need any additional information.Sincerely,Chanen HBusiness Manager

Review: The owner of this company cheats on jobs, sends untrained employees in to peoples homes. I asked an employee why my servicewas bad? I was informed that they were not being compensated properly for the amount of work they were doing.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a refund for the terrible service I was provided.
