At this time, I have been contacted directly by J.M.STax Service, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was insulted and lied to about the status of my returnI am no longer attempting to correspond with John from JMS Tax Service
because the way he treated me is unacceptableHe did not refund my money or resolve the issues with my taxesI am taking my tax information to another service to have them do the amendmentThe only further contact I want from JMS is the refund of $that was paid to have him prepare these taxes (I have a receipt in this amount) and the $I spent submitting my own return to ***, only to have it rejected by the IRS because JMS had already wrongly filed my taxes.
