***/*** ***Dear *** ***,JN has been saying that, that I will get my check within the next ten day, from day oneThis was back in 8/20014, three months agoEvery time I call they tell me the same thingThere was full disclosure about the status of my car, so the fact that they don’t know their business and what it takes to bring a car up today, legalities and procedures, is not my faultAnd that has nothing to do with me, that’s their problemthe agreement was I give you my car and you give me this much credit, periodtheir response is completely unacceptable.Thank you for your attention

she presented he trade in of a Jeep Cherokee with a lien through *** *** ***JN Auto Depot finalized all paperwork with the customer including accounting for the payoff on her vehiclePortion of the equity was applied to her new loan and the balance was to be refunded to the customerJN Auto Depot sent the payoff check to the lien holder on file "*** *** ***" once all paperwork was finalizedThe lien holder sold there assets to *** ***, this was not know at time of the payoff being sent to *** *** ***Through numerous calls we were able to find the actual lien holder which was *** FinancialThey have processed the check we sent to payoff ***'s trade, JN Auto Depot should have the title for her Trade in within the next bushiness days, once a Hawaii title is perfected we then can conclude all business with *** ***
