This company has promised us they were coming back (several times) to repair and fix work that wasn’t done correctly the first time. Now we have problems with mortar joints falling apart after 4 months, cabinet doors that are not level!!! Just promises we’ll be there and maybe a call but more than likely just a no show!!! We arrange are day and schedule to be forgotten again and again!!! I can’t recommend this company or would l ever use them again!!!

We had the servies scheduled with client and had to cancel to due illness at the time. We have since scheduled and completed the requested services needed by the client. These two issues are covered under warranty and were completed at no charge. The attachment shows signature of client to confirm completion.

Savvy Home Supply was hired just about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. My *** and I were told it would be an 8 day job. I turned out to be 6 weeks and it was not finished. They promised to make everything professional and to our satisfaction. *** the owner turned out to be dishonest and performs very unprofessional work. Quartz is left unsealed and mold will get under them. They painted our cabinets and could not do a C+ job. If we would of known in the beginning we would of replaced the cabinets and we told the owner this. He said "don't worry they will look great." They use the excuse of us changing the appliances for taking so long. That is a ball faced lie. ***'s painter could not paint and they had our cabinets for 5 weeks. They caused at least $1000 in damages to fix our walls because they were so rough and ripped our ceiling and faux painted walls. Our cabinets do not close correctly, they are streaked from not knowing how to paint them correctly. They sold us a scratched and dent hood and will not return it and the cost $1000+ dollars to replace and a 1000+ loss on the damaged one.. I have plenty of pictures to back it up. *** is a dishonest owner and salesman who will tell you they will do a professional and satisfying job, however, they are fooling the public by false advertising. Our house is very high end with respect to all the remodeling we have done. The last to be done was the kitchen and it is of poor standards.

We take pride in the many years and multiple repeat clients and referrals so this obviously is not how we conduct our business. No where in reality would someone even consider this to be an 8 day job when we performed the following professional services: Modify three existing cabinets, one was a desk converted to a beverage center, one was a cabinet above the range to accept the NEW hood (not a scratch and dent hood as indicated), another cabinet we custom made doors for where an old television once was located. We refinished their existing cabinets, installed new custom quartz countertops, new custom mosaic tile backsplash, installed new decorative hardware, installed new faucet and plumbing hookup, installed appliances.
After several consultations, onsite, at our store, at vendor locations, at the clients office, they agreed to do the cabinet refinishing, countertops and backsplash. The client changed her mind several times on the countertop selection, went to one supply house and was so rude to their personnel, they had to come out the parking lot to even get their name for reference since she just scribbled on their sign in sheet an illegible name. Very rude and unprofessional in just that one episode. At this point, she still did not have her selections made. We had an onsite meeting with our production manager and lead installer, explained the process in detail, stating over and over, that we are finishing existing cabinetry and there will be inherent characters in the wood that may not even appear with her existing stained cabinets but may show when they have a new painted finish. They said no problem, we understand, we just want them to look pretty. The very first day of arrival to begin the work, the client was very rude ON DAY ONE to our installation team. We asked several times throughout the process for input and only got minimal communication input from the client. They asked to purchase appliances from us. I showed them one of our premium Italian appliances lines, SMEG, pictures, specs, etc during an onsite visit and Mr *** decided to purchase the special order appliances Mrs *** wouldn't even take the time to look at it. We ordered and delivered the appliances, as promised. Mrs *** decides she doesn't like the drop in electric cooktop appliance because the logo SMEG was on it.....as it is with most any manufacturers, they put their logo on it. So she used the excuse that it didn't say KitchenAid and doesn't match her other appliances. She went on to say the hood had scratches in it and she has not even touched it. We arrive to review and address the scratches, wipe down the appliance and Mr *** walks in asking why we are doing that since Mrs *** did it 5 times the night before.......She told us she never touched the hood, so I am not sure why she lied to us about not touching it. We can only assume the scratches were done by the client. When she said she wanted to return it for a refund. I explained there is a no return policy for installed appliances from the distributor or manufacturer.
She went on to say she has already ordered another hood from a different vendor, so I am curious....Why didn't she go through proper warranty channels of submitting a claim through a factory authorized service center to get her issue addressed. Instead, she calls the service provider, requesting her money back. Once he explained the process again like I did, she became angry on the phone, yelling at the service provider and myself on a three way call. I tried to explain it to her again and she would not listen. We then gave her the phone number to our distributor and she called them yelling and screaming. She then called the national service manager for SMEG acting the same way.
We are still owed an outstanding balance of $2100, we have already paid all of our material and labor costs incurred for their project and she refuse to pay the balance. We are at a loss and would appreciate payment.

This has nothing to do with the appliances except the damaged hood in which he lied. His people cleaned the hood when it was put in. They damaged the hood and even scratched the cabinets. The owner is a balled faced liar. The two problems were the hood and the cabinets. I have pictures to document the horrible work they performed. The pictures can be sent to you or anyone who would like to see their work. Please notice the poor and unprofessional painting in pictures provided. Numerous ares of orange peel, streaks and nail holes that were not filled. Anyone can see that this was very poor workmanship. There are many more pics of the cabinets and range hood I would be happy to send. However, they do not allow more than 3 here.

Sincerely

Once again, the hood was not damaged, the customer wanted a different hood and ordered one on their one. The hood carries a manufacturers warranty but she would not accept the fact she has to go through the proper steps (as any of us consumers have to do when dealing with a manufacturer warranty) to even let them come inspect the hood and offer a repair or replacement. In reference to the cabinet painting, we provided a superior factory finish to her existing cabinets, explained to her from the beginning and throughout the process that the inherent grain pattern in her cabinets are there and not flaws. I have attached pictures of before and after so you can see the fine workmanship we provided for this client.

Once again, the owner of Savvy Home Supply is not honest. Orange peel is poor painting technique by someone who is to close to the painted are and it is drying to fast, or wrong nozzle size and can be by the wrong pressure. The hood was admitted to be damaged by his own workers and then he now denies it. The hood the cheapest part we complained about. $7,000.00 for painting the cabinets when he told us explicitly they would look brand new. Just think about it, if he would of said they will not look new, no one would of used them. This is common sense that any fair and honest business person would understand. Does picture #1 look like grains or poor painting technique? Anyone can tell the difference. Does picture #2 look like grain or painting technique? After they did it over the stripes are horizontal. No one can change grains from vertical to horizontal. 3rd pic is of the range hood. Anyone can tell that is most likely not a cleaning scratch and was damaged by his workers who put it in and was the 1st ones to clean it. Picture 4 shows the dishonest of Savvy Home Supple. Compare the two cabinet edges, one was painted correctly and the one next to it was not. This is an amazing shot of their work. I have so many more pics and they can be document by any third person. I do believe the Revdex.com would never stand behind such an unscrupulous company.

It is a shame that he can even be in business without correcting all the problems they made us have with our kitchen.
