JNE Management/ XXXX recently took over the management of the condos my family has resided for 5+ yearsThis year I meet with my landlord about signing for another yearLandlord agreed and started working on a leaseA few days later XXXX declined my renewal due to violationsI have requested a copy of the notices, since I was never aware of any violations in the past yearsJeff told me that I was not on the association and he would not speak to meI thanked him for his time and requested his CAM # he refused, laughed at me and hung up the phone Since day JNE Management/XXXX has discriminated against my familyHe has try to sabotage my character with my landlord, realtor and friendsHe called my family Liars on numerous occasionsAnd has been caught breaking several law's under Florida tenet and when addressed he get hostel The way JNE management/XXXX XXXXX treats selected tenets and homeowners is unethical and to a reasonable person could be considered as harassment/discrimination No one should live in fear wondering if your neighbors drug deal might go bad (but this is not in violationWhy because the office staff purchase drugs from these units) or children should no be harassed by office staff or homeowners for playing outside
unprofessional and lazy. jne management is one man, Jeffery n Estris and he doesn't have the man power or ability to do a decent job.
the grounds are always dirty and littered with debris. the guards are rude and do nothing. the landscaping is abysmal.
but my real problem with Jeffery is his refusal to put anything in writing. he'll hop on a phone call with you and promise you whatever you want to hear but he will not commit it to writing. sure enough, as soon as there is an issue he'll pretend he never promised anything.
