Hi Miriam, A refund check with check # for $was sent to the customer for the refundThe freight carrier in this area does not provide inside deliveryIn the case the freight company did provide inside delivery and it was performed all customer must be home to accept delivery of freight This is a national freight lawFreight delivery drivers do not work on weekend for residential delivery and with each and every sauna sold from our company the BOL (Bill of Lading Shipping Docs) must be signed by a person or older at the time of deliveryAll customers receive their freight during the week and there are no exceptions to this ruleThis is a national US law not a law of our companyThank you, JNH Lifestyles

*** asked about saunas on sale and we offered an option*** had the option to pick and buy any unit available and choose the unit purchased
We always operate in good faith and because *** was not happy with the unit there was also
an option to return an upgradeWe sent our tech out to fix the problemWhen *** choose the upgraded unit we gladly accepted the return of the original unit and delivered a new oneWe have refunded the amount in question as we want our customer to be pleased with their product and our serviceThank you

I am rejecting this response because: JNH did credit me $and JNH did send me another front panel.But the front panel JNH sent had more damage then the one that needed to be replaced as I described
in my original complaintAs proven by pictures sent to JNH.In fact, the front panel JNH sent me was from a used or damaged returned unit as the two blocks of wood that hold the Sauna door closed during shipment had been removedI can see where the blocks were installed originally.JNH's shipping department wrapped the door in the middle section with a plastic wrap to keep the door from opening.There was no reason to remove the two blocks of wood for inspection which never took place anyway.JNH customer support stated that the replacement front panel would be inspected and would be defect free.Plus the panel was not shipped in a new boxThat also told me that the front panel was not newThe box JNH shipped the replacement in was old, shredded and the cardboard was in a rotting condition.The panel was never inspected or JNH would not have sent me a panel with more damage then the one that came with my sauna.JNH's problems are due to poor quality craftsmanship and the use of scrap and poor quality materialsThere is obviously no inspection or quality assurance programs in place or I would not have received two shipments that had factory errors and factory damage.The Chinese manufacturer uses any scarp of wood on hand to build the saunas for JNH.What I have recently found is that none of the saunas are alike, this tells me that there is no engineering specifications or the Chinese are not following the engineered plansJNH has little to no control over the production of these saunas.What I recently discovered is that a replacement panel will never work due to the buckles being in different location, I found this when I compared the original front panel to the replacement panel.Therefore a replacement front panel will not fit any other sauna as the Chinese do not follow engineered specs as to where the buckles are to be installed.I am thinking that the panels are held in place and then the buckles are installed by guess work, this means that none of the four panels nor the bottoms can be used on any other sauna but the ones they were original intended forThe manager is obviously not doing a very good job of running JNHShe refuses to communicate with her customers who are having problems with the sauna builds.The manager is more concerned about what happened in these instances then she is about taking care of the people who keep the business open.Today I received a message from Erika giving me an ultimatum of choosing another replacement front panel, which will not fit anyway as proved above, or for me to return my sauna for a refund.I personally have tried to help JNH by alerting JNH to several problems I have found with the design of there saunas, JNH has never responded to the anomalies I have found with the design

I am rejecting this response because:
an email tracking number has been sent as of just now The inventory listed is not as discussed with JnH. I did send an email stating the missing item and asked them to check their voice recording for what was agreed on. [redacted]

Hi Miriam, A refund check with check # 2440 for $150 was sent to the customer for the refund. The freight carrier in this area does not provide inside delivery. In the case the freight company did provide inside delivery and it was performed all customer must be home to accept delivery of freight....

This is a national freight law. Freight delivery drivers do not work on weekend for residential delivery and with each and every sauna sold from our company the BOL (Bill of Lading Shipping Docs) must be signed by a person 18 or older at the time of delivery. All customers receive their freight during the week and there are no exceptions to this rule. This is a national US law not a law of our company. Thank you,   JNH Lifestyles
