JNL was the 3rd ac company I called when my ac went outThe first company charged me for 20mins and said they fixed itIN the middle of the night it quit working! I called another company came out and said I need a whole new system which was thousands I called JNL and they came and replaced a motor or something The 1st company had put in the wrong one and didn't care The next day JNL called to make sure we were still good and had AC They provided great customer service with a great price Too many ac companies are out there ripping people off when all is needed is a basic repair or a new part

I used this company and was Very Pleased! The customer service is Excellent, they were on time and they didn't try to sale me things that I didn't needThey were Honest and got the job doneI would Definitely use them again and will be referring them to others

It was a pleasure to have JNL home services at my home doing maintenance on my unitthe tech was even polite enough to bring my paper to the door as he came up to ring the bell and introducehimselfI look forward to doing future business with them

My experience is nothing short of positive quotesJNL responded to my call on a late night when my AC unit went outI called for emergency service at 11pm and within an hour I had a Tech at my doorThe service was prompt, polite, and pricing was reasonableI would definitely recommend them and will be using them again

Our neighbor, an elderly female living by herself, called to ask us to help her because she feels she got talked into buying a new air conditioner system for $ We reviewed the facts with her to establish if this might be the case One year ago she had a $maintenance check, by another company, on her system and there was nothing mechanically wrong with it inside or out Just the typical dirty coil and filter Out of the blue, JNL contacted her on 8/8/and came out to look at her system They told her she had mold and should immediately buy a UV light system to control it This system cost $and she had to borrow the money at 9% interest It will take her years to pay it off Then on 9/13/JNL told her she needed a whole new a/c system inside and out Being confused she agreed to this new system, again borrowing the money at 9% interest rate We told her to cancel the new system and they kept trying to convince her to buy it and also offered to lower the price to $ Make your own conclusions This is just to warn people please go through all options before you sign on the dotted line Always ask trusted family or friends first

We are very happy with the service we received from JNL Homes. Dave, the technician, spent time going over our options in detail. Not only his our home cooler, but their is a noticeable improvement in the air quality because of the halo purification system he had recommended. We have had several companies look at our system and were never told about the halo, which is exactly what we needed. We highly recommend JNL Home Services!
