To whom this may concern,I just spoke with [redacted] for the first time today, We discussed what was going onI asked her if she had ever called the Office and stated she had only contacted the sales person on his cell phone [redacted] stated that she has enjoyed the meat that she has received, as well as her husband, that there was just a couple of items that have Marinade on such as Lemon Pepper chicken and Salmon with TeriyakisauceI told her that if she would have called the office, I could have sent my Customer Service Manager to her home for the switch outI let [redacted] know that we would be at her too switch out the couple items not wanted on Friday 26th or Monday 29th, which ever time is better for herShe did agree and explained that everything was good and she would reorder again[redacted] Revdex.com7/- Received telephone call from customer; stated a representative [redacted] fully resolved her complaint this morning and she is satisfiedShe desires to have her complaint marked as resolved

we would like to know your view on the matter.] In my discussion with *** *** on 11/6/at approximately 11am, he explained that he would call me back
by Monday, Nov in regard to when I could expect a truck to come by to
exchange the product the following week We mutually agreed that
regardless if I answered or if his call went to voicemail, I would ensure that
I would be there with all of the product that has not been thawed and refrozen
to exchange He did not call, nor did he leave a message and I have all
phone records to prove this I have all phone records of when I attempted
to reach his company and/or the subcontractor that sold the product to

When *** *** finally returned my call
(only after leaving a message that my next course of action was to contact the
Revdex.com) I was traveling out of town and not able to tell him precisely what I
still had and told him roughly we have only eaten box of the steak and box
of the pork (of two cases) but that in both instances it was flavorless and
tough. I have the literature that says, “Our
No Hassle Guarantee” which clearly has become a hassle. As well, I should comment that his
independent rep was selling product in Spring Valley where the purchase was made. I live in Beavercreek Ohio. The location of Fairfield OH is not convenient
to me to take the product to be “replaced“
I would like to return the unused product and receive a refund but would
be amenable to trying other cases (minus the boxes) as I explained to *** *** and what I understood was agreed upon.
However, it is clear that he nor his company stands behind what they say
and their actions speak very differently than their words

To whom this may concern,I was actually surprised that this complaint was actually filed by Mr ***I did speak with Mr *** and explained to him that I was sorry and that the meat might have been to tenderized with a Natural TenderizerI did call Mr *** back to come out and there was no
answer, I did leave a message and he called me backWe made a new time and I gave the new product to the sales rep that actually sold him the meat in the beginning, it was my understanding that Josh did take the product and exchange it for him.I did just call Mr*** twice today also leaving my cell phone number so that if I am not at the office he can still reach meI will definitely get this taken care of and I will be having a sit down with the sales rep as well; as I do not want anyone representing my business that is not honestI am not making excuses but I do truly apologize for any misunderstanding on my behalfAs soon as I hear from Mr *** I will have someone else take a fresh Dry(No tenderizer added) case of Beef to Mr ***as early as tomorrow Thursday 3rd.Again, I do apologize to Mr *** and would like the opportunity to make this right for him.*** ***

To whom this may concern,I just tried to call Erin Henry today 12/2/15 I had a sales rep ready to bring 2 cases of meat to replace the product that [redacted] did not care for. I did leave a message and let her know to call me as soon as she gets it. I am prepared to have a Rep come to her house with all Fresh meat as promised before. I can have someone at her house tomorrow Dec 3rd between 1-3 PM if that would be OK with [redacted], as long as I hear back form her early enough.
