Hi my name is noe Moczygemba owner of JNT auto I read the complain y'all got from my shop but to start the SUV was brought to my shop on a tow truck truck wasn't working at the time the timing belt was busted we fix timing belt we turn the truck on the truck was missing bad from the valves mess up from timing belt busting while driving I call costumer and explain to him that it will b cheaper to get another motor but he told me he wanted to keep that motor because he had rebuild that motor not that long back so I told him that we were able to rebuild heads so the car won't shake or overheat and while we were taking the heads of the motor il b good to get the seal or gaskets ans sensors that the SUV need it he ok the job and yes we did test drive the SUV but only test drive the SUV we have to make sure the job we did was good customer came and got his car from JNT auto repair master customer check the car make sure the car was in good working condition the day he took the car and make sure to check the job we did and we warranty the job we did wish it was timing belt front seal ,valve cover gaskets, head valve job ,some sensors ,all this is under warranty I believe in [redacted] costumer brought truck back to my shop for us to check it out we check the truck the SUV turns on but was making a noise because it has a bad oil pump costumer wanted for JNT auto to fix it because it was still under the warranty I told him that we did not work on the bottom part of the motor and that we did not put an oil pump on this SUV that's why it wasn't cover by the warranty we check all of our work that we did on this SUV and all still in good working condition I show the costumer all we did and explain to him what parts we fix and what part on the motor we work on but at no time we work on his oil pump at the time we finish working on his truck wen we did the job when he pick his car from the shop car was not making no noise and car was in good working condition we at JNT auto repair master are so sorry his oil pump went out on his car but if we don't do the job we can't warranty something we don't work on if you have any question you can call me at [redacted] and I be glad to show y'all the invoice so y'all can see we dint work on his oil pump thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint JNT AUTO did not say anything about us getting another motorThey told me what needed to be done and he was driving for a while and told me that the truck was good and that we will not have any more problems They ask what kind of work I had do to the motor and that is when I told him in *** is when I had another motor put in the truckThey drove the truck more than I did after it was fix because it took me a while to pay them, I think they took my money and mess up my truckAfter I got my truck back I park it because my tags was expired and after I receive my tags the truck only work for weeks and it went completely out than that is when they said I need another motorI was trying to find a place to take my care for repairs but I do not have that kind of money to give away and than end up with no vehicle and I have to support * ***They took my *** and they do not care, now they trying to cover they self by lying.
