Not honoring their warranty agreement and giving me the run around - hitting 30 days and they want another inspection (3rd time).
In March of 2017, JNT Developers installed a new roof at my home for $15,000 that was paid in full. On May 27, 2019, I reached out to them concerning water damage found on my dining room ceiling wall. My insurance adjuster came out and noticed that the roof just above where the damage is located didn't have the proper flashing in the valley where water would be prone to collect. I asked Brandi Williams to send me the original warranty agreement, which I still have yet to receive, as she mistakenly attached the wrong file in 2017. Instead, she asked me to sign a new agreement, in which there would be a $250 fee assessed if JNT Developers, Inc. determined that the damages were not the fault of workmanship. This was not contained in the original agreement and Brandi stated that they updated it late 2017 without informing me. Further, they came out previously to fix unrelated issues with the roof and never mentioned a $250 fee. Fortunately, the next day May 29, 2019, Mark Robinette stepped in and said to ignore this fee and that he would schedule something with me. Over the course of several days multiple texts and emails were exchanged and Mark scheduled a visit to the house on June 4. I had my insurance adjuster come out again to meet him, but unfortunately Mark was not able to meet at the scheduled time due to a doctor's appointment for his son. The adjuster again made note of the flashing issue on the roof that is just above the dining room where the water damage is. Further, the insurance adjuster noted that while there was hail damage, it was mostly cosmetic. The adjuster offered to speak with Mark and meet with him and from my understanding they did converse. Not hearing back from Mark, I followed up in an email on June 19, 2019, about a week after they had talked. I did not receive a response from anyone at JNT Developers, neither Eric or Mark. On June 24, I contacted Mark via text and asked if he could provide me with a good contact or an update, as when we met in person on June 4th he informed me that he had put in his two weeks' notice and would be leaving the company. He gave me Brandi's contact info and said that JNT Developers are planning to "fight back on it stating that the warranty is now void because of excessive amount of hail damage..." Based on this information, I reached out to Eric, Brandi and included Mark via email. Not hearing any response, I sent another email on June 28, 2019 to Brandi, Mark, Eric, *** Abreu, Tasha Abreu, Jonathan Sherwood and David *** I've received a response from Brandi stating that she is working with Jorge and Mark and will come up with a resolution before the end of the day (6/28). They are now saying they want to schedule ANOTHER inspection!

This is a review of work done for me by JNT Developers in Dallas Texas.

I hired JNT to install a large window in my 120 year old building. I live near downtown and I wanted to capture the views. This was a large, intricate project that a number of construction companies would not take on due to the complexity of installing a large window in an old brick wall. I had been promised bids from a number of companies only to have none of them come through with a bid, or even a return call.

I called JNT Developers. I had gotten their contact info off of Google. Within a few days Jamie *** was at my place measuring and sizing up the project. From the first meeting he had my confidence. He assured me this was a job they could handle and that he would definitely see it all the way through.

Jamie came through 100%. He ordered the custom window built and had it delivered and
installed flawlessly within the schedule he set forth for me. Additionally their on line draw
system made it super easy for me to pay for the work done instantly on line at my convenience.

I have owned and remodeled a number of houses in the past 30 years, but Jamie and JNT were possibly the most organized, honest, affordable and easiest to deal with construction company I have ever worked with. Always on time, always polite and Jamie even sent a professional
cleaning crew to my place after all the work was done to make sure I was satisfied.

I have never received such great service from a construction company. I won't be using any other in the future either. These guys are great! I highly recommend them...

JNT was wonderful to work with for our roof replacement. The communication was exceptional and the project went off without any issues. They oversaw the job from start to finish. I highly recommend JNT. If you want service, accountability, and knowledge they are the company for you.

JNT Roofing helped repair multiple damages to my home after the 2016 hail storm. The contractor and President were professional and helpful in getting the damages fixed. There was constant communication throughout the process of the repairs. I am pleased with the end results.

Installed roof and refused to fix leak.
Installed roof one year ago, noticed leak in garage about eight months later. I called them and a rep came out, he pointed out a small piece of siding missing on my chimney on the other side of the house which has nothing to do with the leak. I showed him where the leak was and he looked at it from the ground then left without saying anything. I texted my sales rep Mark *** to explain the situation was not resolved and received no reply.
I called the main number again and told them again about the leak and where it was located and that somebody came out and left without telling me anything and that my sales rep was not responding to my messages. She took my info and said a supervisor would contact me, its been one month and no one has contacted me.

After a hail storm I was put in contact with JNT Developers through my insurance and I have had nothing but a horrendous experience since contacting them. After getting a bid from a pleasant sales person, it was like I was forgotten. I had to call the office and threaten to find another company to even get the job started. Once it started, there was NO communication. People just randomly showed up when they wanted to. They blew my power while installing my roof and said nothing. The foreman could not be contacted, ever. Even went on vacation and didn't put me in contact with someone else in his absence, should I have any questions. I had to call his office and ask the secretary what was going; on several occasions she stated she would call me back and didn't. Then they filed with my insurance company that they were finished with the job, even asking for more money for things that were not on the bid, when the job was not complete. They asked me for their money and I told them, only when the job was complete. He informed me it was by text. I listed the items he had to complete and he told me he couldn't see them on his list. I had to go back to the original report to list them for him. He quickly showed up and replaced the item. The once unreachable contractor now has no problem texting me frequently asking me for payment. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

Contacted JNT after a bad experience with a previous contractor. Charlie came out, inspected my roof and insured me it would be done in a timely manner. 13 days later new roof is installed. Charlie kept me up to date through out the whole process. Rafael met me on site the day of the roof install to make sure materials were delivered and to make sure work started. Very professional. Highly recommended!
