We live in SE Michigan, and found the best deal on the RV we wanted at Rick's. We were immediately impressed with the quality of their sales video. We called and discussed the RV with [redacted], the owner's son, and were able to negotiate the sale over the phone. Even though we were a three day's drive away, and would not be able to close the sale and pick up the RV for almost a month, a small deposit was all it took for Rick's to take it off the market and hold it for us. When we arrived, the RV was exactly as advertised, and although it was a previously owned 2013 model, it was in like-new condition. The one minor defect that we found (actually, [redacted] found it and brought it to our attention) was fixed on the spot. After almost a month of traveling in it, it is performing perfectly with NO problems whatsoever.
