Tree lived through the growing season.Mrs*** came back to us in the spring of and said that her tree had diedWe did not just get her a replacement tree and leave her to plant itWe pulled out the dead tree, and replaced it with a new one, the same type as beforeIt was planted, staked, and mulched the same as we did to the first oneAgain, the tree lived through growing season.In the spring of Mrs*** came to us again and said that her tree had died againWe once again planted, staked and mulched anotherThis time we informed Mrs*** that would not be able to replace the tree again if this one also diedFor some reason the tree did die again.As I explained over the phone, most places that replace trees do not also include the mulch and stake, they simply supply the product to customerI feel we tried to take care of her and go above and beyondWe are a family business and have been in business for yearsWe are proud of our business and always try to satisfy our customersThank you,*** ***Jo-Ann’s Gardens Inc.*** *** *** *** ** ***
