We did do a poor job of explaining her check balance, but ultimately the check amount was correctThe debit card was not charged three times, but only once for the correct amount owedWe always put importance on making our customers happy and I feel confident that we tried all avenues to resolve
this situation with Ms***We offered to provide all paperwork in the matter, offering to sit down with her in person to try and resolve the issue and even offering to speak with her banking institutionIn the end, after refusing all of these offers, unfortunately we could not come to a resolution to her satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: Jo diner did in fact swipe my card times charging me for amounts that I paid in cash for. The bank refused to give me full refunds because they swiped the card. They are totally responsible for this charge on my bank account. I have enclosed all but two of the documents to support this by the bank. As you can see I had to file an affidavit to get my money back. This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen
